Apartments for Sale in Kargicak, Alanya

Kargicak climbs the hillside east of Alanya and spans the widest price range of any district we sell in, from apartments in the low €80,000s up to villas above €3 million. The elevation explains it: plots higher up the slope hold open sea views that the flatter coastal districts cannot match, and that is where the detached villas and larger duplexes are concentrated. Kargicak also holds more citizenship-eligible listings than anywhere else in our portfolio, so it is the district we point buyers towards when the $400,000 investment threshold is part of the plan. Lower down, nearer the coast road, prices fall sharply and the stock looks much closer to standard Mahmutlar-style complexes.
