Kargicak Residence Permit Update

Kargicak spreads across a wide hillside east of Alanya, and that spread matters for residence permits: the district covers everything from dense coastal blocks near the main road to isolated villa plots high up the slope, and registration status is not uniform across it. Closures are applied per neighbourhood once the foreign resident share passes a set threshold, so parts of lower Kargicak can be restricted while addresses further up remain open. Because much of our Kargicak stock is villas on individual plots, the address check is particularly worth doing early. We confirm the current position for the specific plot before arranging a viewing rather than after an offer.
